Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
This class aims to learn about organizational activities through observation, market analysis, and proposing a business plan.
Through these activities, students can analyze the issues and acquire the knowledge and skills to propose a business plan.

Students analyze the issues, conduct data analysis, and propose business plans.

Day1. Introduction and guidance
Day2. Gain an understanding of companies that provide counseling services.

Day6. Discussion among groups about the profitability, including the cost structure

AI may be used for information gathering or for preparing presentations. In all cases, users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information obtained. Additionally, when AI is used, the specific parts in which AI assistance was employed must be clearly indicated.

Contents and Estimated Time for Pre- and Post- Learning (Preparation and Review)
Gathering information, a site visit is made to make the business plan, followed by a group discussion  (30 hours)
After getting feedback about your proposal, a thorough review is required to improve the business plan. (30 hours) 
Contents of Active Learning
Discussion and feedback are planned in the class. 
Grading Criteria and Methods
Students will be graded in accordance with the university rules. Students are required to submit the reports for grading.

Feedbacks are provided at the class and through Unipa. 
Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration
Active class participation and a self-motivated attitude are required. For this class, we collaborate with a Japanese company that requires business protocols and understanding of the practices of the Japanese company.  
Practical Education
Faculty members with practical experience and knowledge are responsible for this class. 
Remarks
In cases where any differences arise between the English version and the original Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail as the official authoritative version.
