Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
本講義は、工学系の大学院生に対して、企業の競争戦略、技術戦略、マーケティング、組織マネジメントの基本を理解し、技術開発と企業収益の関連について理解を深めることを目的とする。
また、家電、医療機器、総合エンジニアリング、姫路地場産業の会社経営幹部経験者による事例研修で、企業経営の実態について理解を深め,その内容を説明できるようになることを目的とする。

最初に、企業活動プロセス、ビジネスモデル、製品アーキテクチャ、技術戦略、マネジメントについて学ぶ。
　次に、元会社経営幹部による事例研修を行う。
　最後にグループディスカッションを行い、考える力を養う。
