既存ストックの活用に必要な知識や技術を学ぶとともに、都市や郊外における既存ストックの事例を対象として、活用に至った仕組みについて講述する。また、具体的な条件下において改修コストの算定・評価に関する演習を実施する。

Grading Criteria and Methods

成績評価の基準
既存ストックの活用に必要な知識や技術を理解し、改修コストの算定・評価ができる者については、講義目的・到達目標に記載する能力（知識・技能、思考力、判断力、表現力等）の到達度に基づき、S（90点以上）、Ａ（80点以上）、B（70点以上）、C（60点以上）による成績評価のうえ、単位を付与する。
成績評価の方法
レポート課題、定期試験を総合的に考慮して評価する。レポート課題40％、定期試験60％を基準とする。

How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results

レポート課題は、優れた内容のものを講義の中で紹介しながら講評する。
定期試験は、授業評価アンケートの教員コメント欄に試験結果に関するコメントもあわせて記載する。

Precautions and Requirements for Course Registration

当授業は、設計製図等の授業時間外の作業を相当量必要とする。学部において建築計画、建築計画演習（または同等の科目）を履修したことを前提とする。
