Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
【講義目的】
南海トラフを震源とする地震（南海トラフ地震）対策を中心としたテーマに関して、「災害科学」「減災コミュニケーション」「減災復興ガバナンス」という３領域における社会実践や、最先端の取り組みについて学ぶことで減災復興政策を鳥瞰的に理解することを目的とする。 【到達目標】 1）南海トラフ地震により想定される被害の様相を説明できること、 2）発災前の備えや対策について説明できること、 3）災害情報や対応について説明ができることである。 Subtitle and Keywords of the Class

【講義内容】
講義では、南海トラフを震源とする地震（南海トラフ地震）対策を中心としたテーマに、「災害科学」「減災コミュニケーション」「減災復興ガバナンス」という３領域における政策の適応や社会実践の取り組みについてオムニバス形式で学ぶ。 【授業計画】

生成AIの利用にあたっては「本学の教育における生成AIの取り扱いについて（学生向け）」の記載内容について留意すること。
この授業においては、授業内、予習復習、レポート等を含む成果物作成等において生成AIの利用を全面的に許可しており、生成AIの利用について制限を設けないが、生成AIによる出力結果をそのまま課題・レポートとして提出してはならない。生成AIの出力した内容について、事実関係の確認や、出典・参考文献を確認・追記することが重要である。 使用した場合にその旨をレポート等に記載するかどうか等については、担当教員の指示に従うこと。 Textbook

Grading Criteria and Methods
【成績評価の基準】 減災復興の基礎的な知識を理解するとともに、問題解決のための具体的方策を講述できる者については、到達度に基づきS（90点以上）、Ａ（80点以上）、B（70点以上）、C（60点以上）による成績評価のうえ、単位を付与する。 【成績評価の方法】 レポート９０％、期末のグループ・ディスカッション10％で総合的に評価する。 How to Disclose Assignments and Exam Results
