Course Objectives and Learning Outcome
【講義目的】
減災復興コミュニケーションについて、自然災害のハザード特性（地震・津波・風水害等）、人の心理・行動特性や社会特性、災害情報の特性等を踏まえて総合的に理解するとともに、状況に応じてコミュニケーションを活用するための能力を身につける。

【到達目標】
減災復興についての事例分析を通し課題を抽出し改善策を提案することができること。

【講義内容】
講義は演習形式で行う。事例分析を通し、災害リスクについて人の心理・行動特性、地理情報特性、コミュニティの特性から分析するとともに、状況に応じたコミュニケーションのあり方を検討する。

Grading Criteria and Methods
【成績評価の基準】
減災復興コミュニケーションの特性を理解し改善策を講述できる者については、到達度に基づきS（90点以上）、Ａ（80点以上）、B（70点以上）、C（60点以上）による成績評価のうえ、単位を付与する。

【成績評価の方法】
講義内のレポート、学習理解度、学習到達度により総合的に評価する。

・課題は、課題提出日に解説する。
・到達度の確認（第15回）の結果は、別途指示する方法（第1回ガイダンス）によりフィードバックする。
