This thesis seminar focuses on writing academic papers and a thesis. This research seminar will review the performance ofResearch Seminar III. Then, it will shed light on how to produce a thesis systematically. It will discuss how to synthesize academic literature, identify research questions, draft a hypothesis, and test the hypothesis using necessary statistical and econometric tools. After completing the seminar, students will learn how to write an academic paper and a thesis.

Students must attend every class on time and actively participate in classroom discussions. The seminar is interactive andfocused on writing a thesis. So, students must study for 4 hours weekly to produce a good academic paper. Students shouldspend at least 60 hours outside the classroom to achieve good grades in this course.

Students will learn how to conduct research by reviewing academic papers, collecting data, and using necessary statistical software
